I love teaching slow paced flowing hatha practices.  We connect breath and movement as we flow from one shape to another.  Classes are all levels with multiple modifications offered, often incorporating props.  Additionally, one time per month I offer a Chair Yoga class - check the schedule below!

If you are a beginner/beginner at heart or typically not flexible you have found your home.

All virtual classes are Live Streams.  Can’t attend the Live Stream?  Register for the class and I send the recording after class, take it at your leisure within the next 7 days.  All class times are Eastern Time (ET).  I'm excited to announce that Wednesday classes continue to be Donation based (pay what you can) through September, all other classes are $10.00.  

Come dressed in comfortable clothes and have your props handy! I recommend 2 blocks, a strap, a blanket, and a bolster. Substitute props: soup cans or new rolls of paper towels (blocks), jump rope, belt or necktie (strap) and pillow or rolled up blanket (bolster).
