There is always a bathroom - Part 1

Need to do yoga? Don't want your coworkers wondering what you are doing at your desk? Don't worry, there is a always a bathroom where you can do yoga. As for your coworkers they would probably be jealous.

You can do your coherent breathing: https://blueinatl.wixsite.com/deskdwellingyogi/single-post/2017/02/27/The-calm-before-the-storm

You can do your 3 part breathing: https://blueinatl.wixsite.com/deskdwellingyogi/single-post/2017/03/07/In-the-middle-of-the-storm You can also do bees breath, also known as Brahmari Pranayama. Sit comfortably (yes, you can sit on the toilet), with your back tall and shoulders relaxed. Start by taking a few natural breaths, and close your eyes (as long as closing them doesn’t produce more anxiety). Then, keeping the lips lightly sealed, inhale through the nostrils. Exhaling, make the sound of the letter M, essentially a humming sound. Sustain the sound until you need to inhale. Then repeat: Inhale through the nose, then hum like a buzzing bee as you exhale. Continue by inhaling as needed and exhaling with this sound for several minutes. You can practice as long as it feels good. Breathing exercises calm the nervous system, reduce stress, increase alertness, and boost the immune systems. We do them because we want to bring ourselves inward, changing our focus from external stimuli to what is going on in our bodies. It isn't that we don't want to have thoughts during the process, rather we want to be present in the moment.
